A new home
Building our future together
God has opened the door to a new chapter for Asbury Chapel. Our future home will give us more room to worship, gather, serve, and welcome our community. Follow along as this journey unfolds.
Pastor’s message
When Asbury Chapel held its first worship service in 2023, we gathered as a small, expectant congregation trusting the convictions that God laid on our hearts. What has happened since has grown our faith and deepened our love for Jesus. Our congregation has grown to over 200 members, our pews have filled, and our overflow chapel has maxed out. This growth is not a product of programs or planning. It is the power of the Holy Spirit moving among a people who keep Christ first as a family.
Our move to 1963 Jesse Jewell Parkway is not simply a response to a space problem — it is a response to a calling. God had already gone ahead of us, preparing a place that was ready and right. The new facility will allow us to accommodate more in worship, expand our ministries for children and youth, and gather for service and fellowship in ways our current building simply cannot hold. We are not leaving what God has built here — we are carrying it forward.
Our new location sits at the heart of a neighborhood surrounded by families, schools, and medical facilities — people who need the presence of a caring, Christ-centered community. We intend to be exactly that. I invite every member, every friend, and every neighbor who has yet to walk through our doors to join us on this journey. The best of what God is doing through Asbury Chapel is still ahead — and we want you to be part of it.
“We have prayed and planned for this season. Our new facility will allow us to serve more families, launch new ministries, and deepen our roots in this community.”

Why is Asbury moving?
Where is the new location?
The new location is the former Beverly’s Ace Hardware building at 1963 Jesse Jewell Parkway. The building is closely situated among residential, educational, and medical opportunities for service and compassion toward others. Our Building Committee is diligently working on architectural design and selection of a general contractor for construction.
